The breakfast exceeded our expectations with its high-quality offerings, especially the freshly made pastries. The staff were exceptionally courteous, providing a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home.

Disappointing Experience

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel lacked a warm welcome, and the reception setup was confusing. The elevator took us to a dimly lit hallway, and I felt unassisted throughout my check-in. If you value a comfortable stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially due to the fantastic location right in the bustling heart of the city. It's close to so many attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The restaurant on the ground floor was an excellent place to unwind and the staff were very accommodating, allowing a late breakfast despite the usual hours. However, breakfast could be served a bit longer, as the early end time didn’t quite fit with the nightlife schedule here.

OMG, the breakfast was a culinary delight! Fresh omelettes and local goodies that made our taste buds dance. Plus, the location is prime for exploring the vibrant city!

But hold up—this ain't a real 5-star spot. It's just a slice of an office building with limited elevator access and no help with luggage. A broken crib for our little one? Not cool, Pupin.

I had an amazing time with my friends exploring the city and enjoying the views of the Danube. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had a solid variety, including a great omelette station. We also loved the bar area after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely check out the nearby river beach for some relaxation.

Unfortunately, the A/C in our room wasn’t very effective during our stay, making it quite uncomfortable at times, especially after being out in the heat.

It was just a smart choice for a little getaway in Novi Sad with outstanding value. The standard double room was comfortable enough for our short stay. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to the reception on the third floor.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast buffet with a nice selection of food that includes friendly staff who were always helpful and accommodating.

Couple Retreat, Mostly Great Experience

Great atmosphere at the restaurant, enjoyed the meals we had. The staff were cute, even smiled when I jokingly asked for a stronger coffee.

It wasn't exactly reasonable but it was still okay for the experience we got.
